New Fallsview campaign showcases its distinct customer experience

Who: Fallsview Casino Resort, Arrivals + Departures, OMD (media), OPC (production), Saints Editorial (post), The Vanity (VFX), (SNDWRX (audio).

What: “There’s only one Fallsview,” the latest effort in an enduring 11-year relationship between Fallsview and Arrivals + Departures that has yielded more than 40 TV commercials.

When & Where: The campaign debuted last month, and will run throughout the year—with 30-second spots running on TV and cinema and 15s airing on digital. Two new executions will follow later this year.

Why: The goal is to showcase Fallsview’s unique customer experiences—dining, its hotel facilities, gaming and entertainment—at a time when consumers have an abundance of entertainment options. “We wanted to highlight the fact that Fallsview is one of the premier entertainment destinations around,” says Jeff MacEachern, chief creative officer at Arrivals + Departures. “It’s an experience that you can’t get anywhere else.”

How: Both spots show customers trying to relive their Fallsview visit, including a woman failing to recreate a flambé for her friends, and a man who steals the lobby fountain for his wife.
