Last week, during the One Club’s Creative Week, The Message was thrilled to host a special panel discussion on the state of creativity in Canada in 2021.
Three of the best in the industry—Cossette’s Peter Ignazi, Edelman’s Judy John and Juliet’s Denise Cole—sat down (virtually) with co-editor David Brown to discuss a wide range of topics, including the challenges of producing great work in the pandemic, their favourite work, personal creative inspirations (and the benefits of cannabis), how a year of working remotely may have changed the industry forever, how advertising must be more diverse, and why Judy John always keeps a fake beard nearby.
For those who missed it, The One Club has provided the full video for The Message viewers below.
“As a global organization producing an international festival, we wanted to make sure to provide a spotlight on creative excellence in Canada,” said The One Club CEO Kevin Swanepoel. “We were honoured to have The Message as our media partner to bring this conversation to our global audience.”
