The Canadian Real Estate Association has chosen No Fixed Address as both its creative and media agency of record following a review.
The win follows an RFP process in which CREA was looking for a single agency to handle both creative and media, and the agency will develop and roll out a new brand platform and integrated campaign early in 2023.
“NFA’s full suite of integrated capabilities and history of executing impactful campaigns, coupled with their demonstrated passion for our business that was felt throughout each meeting, made it clear that they were the right partners for us as we build out our new strategic direction,” said Claire Payette, vice-president, marketing and communication at CREA, which represents more than 150,000 Canadian realtors, and also owns Realtor.ca.
Most recently the CREA had been working with Union (now DonerNorth), with advertising emphasizing the benefits of working with professional realtors in Canada’s daunting housing market.
“With the ongoing pressures in our Canadian housing market, and the stress that can come with this important financial decision, we’re looking forward to working with CREA to convey the critical role that realtors play in supporting Canadians through that journey,” said No Fixed Address president Mark Carpenter.
