The first ad Courage created was a Nescafé campaign for Nestlé Canada less than one year ago. Now Nestlé is rewarding Courage for its work on the coffee brand with five new brand assignments.
The Toronto-based creative agency, which opened its doors in May 2022 and released that first work for Nescafé in October, is now AOR for Boost, Coffee Mate, San Pellegrino, Turtles, and Kit Kat.
“We’ve been incredibly impressed with both the calibre of the creative output as well as the depth of the partnership with Courage, and we’re excited to be expanding that relationship,” said Tracey Cooke, CMO at Nestlé Canada, in a release.
The first ad campaign, “World says Coffee,” was based on the idea that many people simply ask for “Nescafé” when they want coffee. That was followed up this year with “Nescafé Jars,” about the many ways Nescafé jars become embedded in the lives of people the world over.
Courage said both campaigns not only received international acclaim for the world’s largest food and beverage company, but also drove sales.
“The folks at Nestlé have been incredible to work with, and we’re grateful and excited to get the opportunity to help write the next chapter of creativity for this roster of iconic brands,” said Niki Sahni, president and partner at Courage.
Courage is already developing new brand work for Kit Kat and San Pellegrino (and Nescafé) as well as a holiday campaign for Turtles. It is also working on a “brand refresh” for Boost.
