Aleena has grown up in the ever evolving and dynamic advertising and marketing business, starting in experiential marketing to now leading Fuse Create, an independent creative agency.
Her passion for the business surrounds creative problem solving, and working with incredibly smart and talented people, partners and clients. As managing director, Aleena works closely with teams to create work that turns heads, fills us with pride, and makes an impact for the people she works with.
Through the years Aleena has worked on campaigns for brands like CIBC, Absolut, Ricola, Purolator, Tourism Las Vegas and Air Miles. She also sits on the board of People of Colour in Advertising and Marketing (POCAM), working to make the marketing industry a more inclusive space for people of colour.
In her free time Aleena loves to read, write, go on walks with her mini schnauzer puppy, and binge watch the latest on Netflix.

Stephanie Small, is the founder and director of Black Taxi out of Taxi Toronto. Black Taxi is a creative and strategic division of the Taxi agency.
In addition to offering advertising and consulting services to existing, new and pro-bono clients, Black Taxi’s primary mission has been to attract, hire and retain Black talent, and to lead change in an effort far exceeded in its first year of existence.
Stephanie’s passion lies in creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspaces for people of colour and making effective change in all communities. Stephanie has an extensive agency background across marketing, creative resourcing, and operations.
Stephanie has been in the industry for almost 10 years and through those years has demonstrated that her passion clearly lies with taking steps to effectively making changes in creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspaces in the Advertising industry now and for years to come.

As senior director of marketing communications, Solange is responsible for shaping the brand voice and identity for one of Canada’s most iconic brands. Leading a diverse team across advertising, social, media, restaurant and regional marketing, she drives creative excellence, digital leadership and brand love for the Canadian market with particular focus on driving innovation and engagement across emerging media platforms.
Solange is a passionate leader who fosters exceptional talent and has had great success championing agency accountability and transparency.
Before joining Tim Hortons, Solange held various strategy, media and marketing roles at Spinmaster, McDonald’s, the Toronto International Film Festival, Shaw Communications, Canwest and Alliance Atlantis.
Solange holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph. She has served as a judge for The Effies, The Festival of Media and Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec. Solange lives in Toronto with her husband, three daughters and dog, is an avid runner, foodie and recent Peloton addict.
Jill is the founder and CEO of Juniper Park\TBWA; its design studio, Le Parc; its precision marketing company, Scalpel; and its content production company, Bolt Content. She works with a North American roster of leading brands including Apple, Capital Group, CIBC, GoDaddy, GSK, Nissan, PepsiCo, and UNICEF among others.
Jill was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful CEOs by Women’s Executive Network (WXN), as “Women to Watch” by Ad Age, and as Canada’s “Mad Woman” by The Globe & Mail. Her team has won the 2021 Effie Agency of the Year and 35 Effies, including two Grand Prix, an IPA Award, the Global WARC Prize, and her creative leads have earned 61 Cannes Lions. She is on several boards including Effies Canada, Young Presidents Organization, and is vice chair of the Institute of Communications Agencies (ICA).
Prior to founding Juniper Park\TBWA, Jill co-created Kraft Food’s award-winning CRM initiative across North America, in addition to holding numerous brand management and corporate marketing roles. After Kraft, she joined agency Grip Limited as partner. Jill is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Business. She is a sub-four-hour marathoner, an avid skier, and proud mother to her swimming-champion daughter, Olivia.

Shelley is an award winning director known for her bold striking visual approach, her compelling characters, and unique sense of humor. Throughout her career her work’s been honored at the One Show Cannes Lions and Clios to name a few.
In her previous life Shelley was an art director in Toronto. As a junior she and her partner had an idea for a TV spot involving a tampon and a bottle of red wine. At the time it defied the world of blue liquid fem hy advertising… and won at Cannes.
Ever since Shelley has continued to tell stories about characters that defy norms and to showcase all types of voices. She has directed numerous commercials, music videos and was commissioned to do a short film for the San Francisco Dance Film Festival. She is based in San Francisco in case you were wondering.
Chelsea Kellock has worked in the marketing industry for 11 years, gaining experience specifically in the hospitality industry. As the vice-president of marketing for Harvey’s, she is passionate about connecting Canadians over food and developing purpose-driven brand marketing, while leading a team of 10 rising marketing and culinary stars.
Chelsea holds an Honours Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Queen’s University, and when isn’t out in the restaurants or at her desk, you can find her on the Peloton or reading a good thriller.

Shari is one of Canada’s top brand strategy experts with 25 years experience leading strategic work for organizations like Sodastream, Roots, Samsung, RBC Ventures, Jack Astor’s, Cineplex, TMX Group, United Way, Purpose Financial, and The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Combining a M.S. Degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from State University of New York at Buffalo, and an HBA Degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western, she has built a reputation as both a change agent and expert facilitator.
Shari is a passionate advocate for creativity, particularly in the world of education where she was Chair of the founding committee for Equinox Holistic Alternative School—the TDSB’s largest elementary alternative school. In addition, she is a contributor to The Collective Wisdom of High-Performing Women: Leadership Lessons from The Judy Project (published in 2019), and a proud SheEO Activator supporting other women-owned ventures that are creating a better world.
Head of CPG industry partnerships
As head of CPG industry partnerships at Pinterest Canada, Azadeh and her team partner with top brands to discover how Pinterest can help them meet their ambitious business goals and inspire Pinners to create the life they love. Prior to joining Pinterest, she spent eight years at Google in a number of progressive leadership roles across sales and marketing, and has spent time as a brand marketer at General Mills and Kraft.
Azadeh began her career on the agency side, and in 2008 she earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. When she’s not thinking about digital marketing, she’s mom to two munchkins, and is currently saving ideas on the latest short hair styles and basement remodelling inspo on Pinterest.
